How to get started

• Register by clicking on the new user link on the PAMDB homepage
• Login by clicking on the login link on the PAMDB homepage
• Type in your username and password
• Select the organism you want to work with
• Click the "login" button
• Start using the database searching isolates and substrates (a sample from which bacteria were isolated from, for example, a plant, a rain sample, or a snow sample) and viewing and downloading alleles.
